"Hi there, my name is Lyn Woodward; I was involved in the health and fitness industry for 15 years and during that time watched a lot of people lose weight...and then a short time later lose their motivation and put it back on

 

I had struggled with weight issues myself for many years and had been caught up in the ongoing cycle of yo-yo dieting.  I understand too well how difficult it is to be the size that you want and how demoralising it is to be constantly dieting and beating yourself up inside.  In the end, I had had enough and  I made it my mission to find out what was so different about those 'naturally slim' people and the rest of us who battled with our weight.

  • you may think of salad and vegetables as boring and associate them with dieting and restricting yourself...
